Horribly, I was unfortunately turned onto this outfit by a friend and was a big mistake to trust their judgement.  They are actually a one man operation (Matt not Andrew) and his professionalism seemed very lacking but the price was extrememly good so I took a chance though he requested cash (I believe not declaring for taxes).  Big mistake, the wokrmanship initially looked good but the tile and grout were not properly sealed, water easily penetrated and popped tiles off.  I contacted the provider and took forever for a repair trip that was not done properly, I finally called another provider and had the job redone by a professional.  This guy was basically a glorified DIY buying his supplies at Lowes for chrissakes!  Then when I researched to take legal action for a refund I found the guy was actually working out of his girlfriend's mom's house, no joke.  Not to mention with legal problems in Coffey and Osage counties ranging from unpaid bills to domestic violence. Not worth the risk.
