Chad and Leah did a great job.  They sold our old home quickly and above the list price. Chad does an excellent job researching and knowing the marketplace to price homes correctly. He has great contacts to help with staging and promoting the house well.  Leah and her team also did a great job helping us find and purchase a new home. She brought up things we wouldn't have considered and did an excellent job negotiating the contracts to make sure we were happy with the purchase and the home.  I would highly recommend them to anyone buying and selling in Johnson County.

I live in the area close to Chad and Leah Taylor's office and I have noticed their presence in the Johnson County Market, especially in Prairie Village and Leawood.  I have had a few mortgage clients use Chad and Leah as their realtors and these deals always go the way they should.  They are knowledgeable and on top of everything and have the right attitude that makes working with them upbeat and enjoyable.  If you are reading this and trying to decide on what realtor to use, you will be happy if you choose to work with them!!!

They were professional and thorough. I have nothing but good things to say. I worked with Chad and he was our realtor. All of our interactions with him were great. He would send us updates on the market regularly and he was able to negotiate a really solid contract with our buyers.  We listed our house in September 2012 and we closed in January 2013. Truly, there is just no downside to them. If we ever sell our house, we will be calling Chad.
