Shane worked with us over a period of six months, at first long distance, until my husband moved to KC for his job. Then Shane showed my husband homes in KC, while keeping in touch with me in Austin on an almost daily basis, via e-mail. He sent me new listings, previewed those I picked, sent me detailed comments on whether or not he thought each listing was worth my looking at, and encouraged me during the sale of my Austin home. When I joined my husband in KC, he showed us a variety of homes, kept in touch daily, provided information on everything from home insurance options and basement crack filling to a vet for my dogs. When my husband had to be out of town during the "remote" closing on our Austin house, Shane attended the closing with me at my request, because I wanted to have someone else look at the paperwork.
