The slew of positive reviews may lead one to believe the constructed image Ms. Aubuchon constantly tries to uphold. My experience with her, both professionally and personally, has been worthy of a 0-star review. Ms. Aubuchon was the selling realtor for ReMax Premier, responsible for the house I purchased for my parents and myself in December of 2014, a process that showed no signs of the absolutely draining and strenuous events that would ensue shortly after. The property Ms. Aubuchon sold me is situated right next to hers, which, unfortunately, makes us neighbors. The first red flags popped up during the initial remodeling phase, during which she would consistently and without permission enter into our residence to investigate the progress of the project. This project also dealt with issues with the property Ms. Aubuchon failed to disclose, such as diseased trees that needed to be removed and water issues in the basement. She would later begin to allow herself, her roommate, and any crews working on her property to park in our driveway. This would force my elderly parents to park below and walk up the steps to reach the main level. The response to the conversation initiated regarding matters such as this was "the previous owners didn't mind, so I don't understand what the problem is." This would become a running theme in this narrative. After 18 months of having owned the property, Ms. Aubuchon began a campaign that can only be described as a forceful takeover of 1050 sqft of my property right on the property line. This, at first, included actions such as placing her garbage bags on said portion many times, arranging incense on that portion while chanting (for which the fire department had to be called); as well as contracting a construction company to place an 8-foot chain-link fence on the property. The most baffling aspect of these events and all that would come after them is her failure to produce any documentation (to the authorities or otherwise) to prove the property belongs to her. I had the property surveyed in 2016, which yielded results that she did not deem to be in her favor. This prompted her to remove the survey stakes later that evening, in the presence of the police and my family. After countless aggressive encounters, calling the police on myself and my family 38 times with false allegation of stalking, sexual harassment, drug dealing, calling me the n-word, etc., she placed an adverse possession on the property she claimed was hers. Unfortunately, we are not the only victims of her harassment. Ms. Aubuchon has also been a menace to another neighbor that shares a property line with her; pushing them to remove a portion of their fence that was built in 1998. Ms. Aubuchon, having been met with what she describes as "resistance," filed a complaint with the city to have the fence removed, and would later begin to intentionally flood both their and our property with runoff water and threaten them not to align themselves with the wrong neighbor (i.e., me). She terrorized my elderly parents with incessant actions; building a two-story, three-car garage without taking into account how it would reduce permeable surfaces and change the flow of water onto neighboring properties. This was all in spite of the neighbors’ verbal and written concerns. The list of petty and abhorrent actions is long as it is tiring. We have been entangled in a lengthy and completely illogical legal battle with this person for 4 years now (see court case numbers below). I would be doing the community, and all future clients of Ms. Aubuchon's a disservice if I did not share her inexcusable, illegal, threatening, and racist actions against myself, our neighbor, and my family. 1616-CV21739: Aubuchon v.
