The results are fabulous. Jarrett assisted in deciding on definite plans as we told him what we wanted. He and his assistant were punctual and called if there were delays. All through the job, which took approximately 2 months, we felt we were given the best service ever from McApperson Property and Design. Jarrett is an amazing young man with knowledge and experience beyond his years! We are very pleased with the results of his work ! I am submitting this report quite a long while after the work was completed, but I am ready to call him again for another project and appreciate Angie's list for reminding me I had not submitted a report.

Great communication throughout entire project. They started each day on time, worked hard all day, sometimes skipping lunch, and offered suggestions for saving money on project. They were flexible about making changes in original plans, gave up-front estimate and stuck to it, any changes that involved price difference were discussed fully before proceeding. Any errors were corrected without charge and the site was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the project.
