I've been trying to get a reverse mortgage through them. I've been talking to Andy and he pulled up my credit report without my permission. He ran the numbers and said they don't add up. He didn't ask me how much I pay per month for my mortgage or about my income. He said I have more money going out than coming in although he didn't ask me any questions about it. Then he started asking about what I have in my backyard. He told me I'm not supposed to have anything in my backyard. He told me that I have to pay for taxes to have things on my property. He was telling me one thing and then going back and saying something different. I told him I don't like liars and that I don't want to business with that type of company. They don't ask questions the right way, and then they give you false hope by telling you they will send you a proposal. They can't count your personal property as part of the mortgage, which was what he was trying to do. This leads me to believe that they steal your personal property when you die.
