When a agreed time to meet arrived, I was not able to meet him due to extenuating circumstances. Even though I would only be a few minutes late; I felt the need to notify him to let him know. Once notified, he said not to worry and that he would be waiting, which he was. I have wrought iron railing that separates my living room and dining room with a flight of stairs connecting the two rooms.
