About a month ago I lost my key's, which had my master keys for work, After a high and low search I gave up and decided to call the locksmith. Our company had a history with Chapman's Lock and had always recieved good service from them so it was a no-brainer who to call. After speaking with John he said he would come over as soon as he finished his other work. This took him a little longer than he expected but he came over that day. Really personable guy, fun to talk to and good at what he does. He replaced the locks and made us a new set of keys for them...on a side note I found my keys later that evening!
