Installers arrived on time, were fast, respectful and efficient. Installation went well, very pleased with the products installed and the installation itself. Would definitely recommend.

I always used Pittsburg Refrigeration and since CDL purchased them I called CDL. I called with the problem, they asked if they needed to go in the attic. I said I don't think so since the unit was in the closet upstairs. Gentleman came, cleaned the condensate
pump, said it was working but wouldn't trust it, and thought i should replace it. I told him I would keep and eye on it and would not replace it at this time. Unit worked fine for two or three days and starting pouring condensate out on the floor again. Instead of calling them back I overnighted a new condensate pump from amazon, put it in and assumed he had blown out the line to the
pump from the airhandlIer. Then it worked for two or three days and started leaking on the hardwood floors again. I understood this was my fault , even though the leak did not have anything to do with either of the condensate pumps, and called them out again. He insisted on going into the attic to see how the drains were hooked up, and worked a while on the airhandler in the closet. I had stayed downstairs. He came back with a small level in his hand and told me the unit was
crooked and would have to be torn down and completely rebuit. He also said, after his third service call that he finally understood were the water was coming from! I said I wanted an estimate. He said he would tell his superior and
got in his truck.
About a month later I got a call saying they were sorry it took so long to get back to me. And they still wanted to rebuild the system, but would not give me an estimate for the work. It was on an hourly rate. I told them I had purchased a drip pan for undeneath the air handler and a water alarm, since I had not heard from them,
for about 30 dollars. Problem solved. He tried to tell me that water sitting in the drip pan can rust it out, and that might be true
but there is water in it all summmer dripping off of the coils, so I will take my chances with the water alarm, secondary drip pan and a different hvac
service. Oh, And a lot more money in my pocket.

They came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, and installed a part as a temporary fix. It was an older unit and ultimately had to be replaced the following spring. Allowed payment to be made later.

My house is about 100 years old and had the original wiring in it. Rewiring the house was a dirty job and pulling out all the old wires was hard work. The days were very hot and the electricians had to work in the attic and garage a lot of the time, but I never heard any of the electricians complain. The workers were very punctual, polite, respectful of my belongings, and they were always working. They even tried to clean up at the end of the day. This was a several day project. The only complaint I have was one day a new electrician came and did some of the work. I wasn't satisfied with his work. However, the original electrician came the next day and redid all of the work with which I wasn't satisfied. CDL was the only company that would give me a bid. One company said they wouldn't bid rewires, one said they didn't do rewires and two companies wouldn't ever get back with me. I will say, the guys worked HARD and earned every penny working in that hot attic and garage!

My AC was struggling and had shut down on high limit the day before. Walked in that morning, and service was done just after lunch.

I ran into one of the installers from CDL Electric this weekend. He remembered me. He's a nice, friendly guy. He asked me if I had any problems or anything like that. We hadn't had any. It kicked in the one time it was supposed to and we were glad we had it. They were punctual. They came out when they said they were going to. They got it done when they said they would, even though they had to get some extra parts they thought they had. They ran off, got the parts, came back and finished it that day.
