The whole project did not go well from the start to finish. The final product was poor quality and we felt we had been taken advantage of.

Installed the window without letting us know it didn't have the two things I wanted most, a "night catch" or double screens. This is a bedroom window so I can either have it locked or unlocked so anyone can come into the bedroom with ease.I would NEVER use this company again. Kathy
