I first contracted Mr. Whitlow to do exterior repair, window installation and painting. That job went so well and with excellent results that I hired him to do our whole bath from top to bottom. Again the job was done with the same professionalism, craftsmanship and courtesy, at the very reasonable agreed upon estimate.
