Jerry is a small business owner who provides quality electrical and plumbing services at a reasonable price. I have used his services several times and am a satisfied customer.

The service was excellent. Jerry is always fair and prompt. We know him personally. He's a stand up guy and so we've never had any problems with him for electrical stuff. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I have used Witter Plumbing for years. Jerry is very knowledgeable and prompt. Most important for me as a single woman is he is very honest. I have always felt that the work he has recommended or done has been necessary and his work lasts. Today's visit a valve on the water heater went bad. He replaced it in 5 minutes and although he installed the water heater 3 years ago he didn't charge for the visit. We need more quality honest people like him. Every time he has done work for me I would give him an A++.

I called Witter on monday. I got a return call on tuesday morning setting up a visit on friday. He came promptly at 9AM, saw the tub and plumbing. Took about 10 minutes preparing an estimate. We had a short discussion about what could be done, then I accepted the estimate. He began work right away. Was done in a little over 2 hours. He was very careful of our space - laid down many clean tarps before beginning. Afterward he showed the fit and function of it all. We had a short discussion of the appearance (looks good, btw). I paid him, and we had a discussion of the neighborhood. All in all - a very pleasant business experience.

The overall work went very well. Jerry was prompt, professional and knew exactly what to do. He made things very easy for an overwhelmed homeowner in an older house. We will definitely use him for all future plumbing/electrical needs.

I called him on the 27th to say our water heater quite working. He came out the next day and installed new water heater in about two hours. Very neat, very professional. No problems at all with the service or equipment. I would recommend him highly.

He is quick, reasonably priced and very trustworthy. I trust him in my house when I am not home.

The exact center of the room did not have a joist so he had to use a bracket. There was no electrical wiring to that spot either so it had to be wired. Everything was done and the room left in perfect condition.

The work was excellent. He got back to me in a timely manner and showed when he said he would. I have used them several times and it has always gone very smoothly. I definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Total experience was excellent. Jerry is polite and precise. We have used him in the past for electrical work. I thought that fee was less than other plumbing/drain cleaning companies I have used.

THE WORK WAS DONE LATE AT NIGHT ON AN EMERGENCY CALL. IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE DONE, BUT THE NICE MEN FROM WITTER PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC WERE WILLING TO HELP, AND DID A TREMENDOUS, CHEAP JOB.

WITTER IS THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE WE HAVE USED IN 10 YEARS OF LIVING IN KANSAS CITY. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND EASY TO TALK TO. HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES ON A MONDAY EVENING. THEY WERE A LIFE SAVER.
