This was a complete disaster. While the company representatives were pleasant, the subcontractor not only was difficult to communicate with, but when he came out to install the hoop, he did not follow the assembly instructions. Instead of drilling holes to screw the pole pieces together and then filling the pole with concrete, he simply slid the pole parts together and filled it will the dirt he had dug out of the hole in the ground. The first time my son used it, it fell over on top of him. Thank God he was not hurt! The pole, mounting bracket, and backboard were damaged beyond repair and could not be returned. The company told us they would reimburse us for the damaged materials as well as installation, but only refunded the installation. We contacted them about a month later and they told us payment would be sent within a week, which didn't happen. Now they're telling us they handled us quite fairly and will be taking no further action. We have lost $600!
