Terrible! While delivering the treadmill they damaged FIVE different surfaces of my house (1 wall, 1 door, 2 door frames, and 1 floor trim). I was polite but let them know this was not okay with and asked that they refund the delivery charge that I paid when the order was placed. They told me I would have to negotiate that refund with the business office. I sent the business office pictures and a long detailed letter and had to call them REPEATEDLY just to get a response. Finally they sent me a check for a portion of the $130 (less than half). I contacted them and got no response. I then contacted the corporate office and after letters and calls they sent me an additional checks (but still not for the full amont). I contacted them again on multiple occassions and they still never returned my call. The lack of skill of the deliverers and the lack of the professionalism of the office staff was highly disappointing.
