Initially there were delays in receiving the doors due to circumstances beyond Jeff's control, but he kept me informed and in due time the doors were delivered on a Friday. Once he was in control, there were no more delays. He had Caleb and Dan at my house on Monday to install them. They were very professional, very experienced, and did a beautiful job. They had to make some adjustments to fit the existing door frames, but that was no problem for them. They installed all the door hardware, took all the old doors away, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure to watch them work, and I will definitely contact Jeff for more projects in the future.

Jeff is great to work with. Responsive, easy to work with and patient with change requests. Great guys working for him, both his full time employees and his subs. Weather, along with the usual unforeseen issues encountered when working on 90+ year old home delayed the project considerably but Jeff and his crew made it as easy as anyone could have. Never had any concerns about them working inside when we were away and they were great about making sure our door dashing doodle never escaped. Always called if they were running late or there was any delay of any type. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I have been using Twin Oaks for several years so I knew what to expect when I had them perform the work. The work went as promised and was completed on time and on budget. Jeff stays on top of his work and makes sure that the work was performed as promised. There were no surprises and if any deviations needed to be made, he kept me advised and got my agreement before making them. The subcontractors were professional and courteous and kept the home clean and neat and did an outstanding of cleaning up after themselves. They treated our home as if it were their own.

Jeff was responsive and professional. Listened and promptly corrected any hiccups we had along the way. The work was done well and we are very happy with the end result.

It is covered and has a fireplace in it. It is about 360 sq. ft. We use it all the time in the spring fall and summer. I keep going back because he is so professional and gets the job done right. He is so knowledgeable. He won't let any of his subcontractors cut corners. He really stays on top of the job.

He does an excellent job coordinating the work. He pays good attention to detail. His contract work is impeccable. He prepares a very detailed contract so I know exactly what he's going to do, when he's going to do it and how it's going to be done. He follows up with that with change orders so that we know exactly where we stand the whole way through. I highly recommend him because of the quality of work he does. His price is good; I got three bids for this project and his was right in the middle.

It was very good. They were very professional, very clean, fast and accurate. The staining was perfect and it was a good job. The price was very reasonable and the quality was outstanding. They were responsive and punctual. I would absolutely use them again.

This is the 4th time we have used Twin Oaks. The owner, Jeff Bulcock, is exceptional in every regard. Our first experience was when he built my husband's workshop - complete with mud sink, bath, extensive electricity, an approximate size of a large 2 car garage with a front porch and a number of windows; 2 doors, one a garage door for easy access of large equipment. The kitchen remodel was our last project, although we are planning to contract with them for an outdoor room - with fireplace and rock structure to match the house. Jeff and his team have consistently provided only the highest quality product - his attention to customer service, his detail, responsiveness, creativity, and commitment to satisfaction arequalities that make it a pleasure to recommend Twin Oaks Remodeling.
