Tope Plumbing

I called and we arranged a time for them to meet with me. A part had to be ordered. Four days later they contacted me that part was in. They came to do the repair on time. They explained what thy were doing and why. Everything went very well. They cleaned up afterward and no more leak!

Stephen Tope works with his son, Adam. They were on time, courteous and worked hard to find the correct part (which was an obsolete part). They tried a couple different fixes but were unable to find what was wrong. They made a few phone calls and found the part I needed through a company which sells obsolete parts. They kept me informed of what was going on throughout. When the part came in, they returned to install, and now everything works great. Would definitely hire again!

Steve is the best. Prompt, friendly, responsive. He bailed us out one Christmas Eve in below zero weather. He has been our man ever since.

He has been our plumber for years and he is very honest. He would just come out, do the work, and then send us the bill. We always call him and he is familiar with the plumbing of our rental house. He doesn't expect payment in advance. He will just go out and do the work and he doesn't overcharge.

They are very thorough, neat and curteous.

He is very good and I use him all the time. My mother and dad used before I came back to Kansas City 10 years ago. He does very good work and if he tells you that something is wrong, then it is. I have never had to call him back to redo something. He usually gets here on the same day and just does great work. I recommend him in a minute and have recommended him.

My experience with the plumbing company has been very positive. He always does what needs to be done the first time. He always seems to get here quickly for us. We have used him for years.

I THINK AGAIN IT'S A FATHER SON OPERATION. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WHEN THEY COME OUT HERE. THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE, AND THEY ARE WILLING TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK OTHER THAN WHAT THEY KNEW THEY WERE COMING FOR. THEY ARE JUST GOOD WORKERS. I THINK THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR ATTITUDE IS GOOD. THEY COME AND DO IT. THERE IS NO TALKING AND STANDING AROUND.

HONEST, ON-TIME AND HIGH DEGREE OF EXPERTISE. SINCE THE REPAIR WAS A SIMPLE ONE AND DONE QUICKLY, STEPHEN DID NOT CHARGE ME HIS MINIMUM FEE; RATHER HE CHARGED ME FOR A QUARTER OF THAT AMOUNT. RECENTLY, STEPHEN HAS EVEN GIVEN ME ADVICE AND HOW-TO OVER THE PHONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

COULDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. RECURRENT LEAKS. HAD TO RETURN MULTIPLE TIMES. ABRASIVE ATTITUDE. THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES.
