Alisha and Paizley cheerfully greeted me when I walked in the door. I was concerned that they could be condescending since I was buying a used watch, but they were completely delightful during the entire process. They were both very knowledgeable about the watch and shared all the things Toner jewelry did to prepare the watch for resale. I feel they did everything they could to make the sale a pleasant experience. I felt confident I was making a wise move to buy the watch from Toner. They are always so friendly and helpful at Toner Jewelry.  Alisha Moore took the time to explain why my engagement ring needed a more secure mounting for my diamond to make sure I don't have the same problem in the future.  I also love to look at their exquisite collection of new and "gently worn" jewelry.  I'm on the lookout for a new diamond tennis bracelet and can't wait to go back in and look at their pieces.

It went very well. Mike spent a lot of time researching the watch and talking to potential buyers.

The experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. Christina was very thorough and helpful. She explained that the jeweler was out of town and gave me the option to bring my rings back at a later date so that I would be without them for less time. Toner Jewelry did a great job. They helped me in picking out my settings by pointing out what was currently in style and what was likely to go together best. We first discovered Toner Jewelry when looking for a buyer for a diamond and platinum wedding band.  We consulted with other brokers and jewelry stores but Ashley Moore was the first person who seemed to understand our emotional attachment to the ring and knew my daughter did not want the piece dismantled.
Ashley was familiar with the designer and appreciated the fact that the value was in the design.  Toner's offer made us feel good about the sale.
Two weeks later we returned for services (re-sizing and re-plating two other rings) and Alisha Moore assisted us.  She offered us a reward certificate to help with the cost and we are anxious to pick up our "new" rings at the end of this week.
It is obvious their staff cares about its customers and repeat business and we are happy to have found a favorite new and trusted jeweler.

Every experience I've had with Toner Jewelry over the past year has been outstanding, which is why I keep going back! I originally went to Toner to purchase a special gift for my sister, who was very ill. Mike Toner, the owner of Toner Jewelry, helped me find something beautiful within my price range and had it gift wrapped for her. She was so touched and thrilled with the gift.
I've also had two bezels made to make pendants out of some rare coins. Christina helped me find the bezels that would work best with the coins and found the perfect chains already in stock, which saved me money. She called me as soon as the pieces were finished, and put a rush on one of them so that I could give it as a gift.
My husband bought me an exquisite bracelet at Toner for my birthday. The employees there helped him select a bracelet I'd love, gave him a great price, and kept the secret--even though I was coming in to pick up my bezel pendants. When I finally walked in wearing the bracelet, I think they were as thrilled as I was! They sized it and tightened the clasp for free, and I love it!
