The Tobler's staff was professional and accommodating. They communicated clearly and promptly and provided a high quality product that was beautifully designed.
The flower arrangements made the shower venue look like a princess's dream!!

It was a big bust. The delivery arrived at 5:30 pm on Mother's Day. What my son sent to me was not what I received. He ordered a $65 bouquet with a box of candy with it. What I got was a small wilted bouquet that looked like it had been in the car all day and that was it. I didn't know about the candy until I actually went into the store. I called four different times and it was on the last time that I called that I actually got a manager who asked me for a tracking number. No one had ever asked me for that before. When I talked with her I didn't have the number in front of me. When I went into the shop with the number the lady said I received the $65 package. I told her I did not. She said that she was willing to let me select anything from the shop that was the same value. That's what I did. She was not rude, no one was every rude. It was just a big runaround. There seemed to be no sense of responsibility about it. I felt that had I not followed up on my son and his girlfriend would have been cheated out of what they had wanted to send me. The products and the selection are very nice but the customer service and the rest of it was a real problem.
