"The reason these walls and ceilings were impossible to make perfect was because the homeowner decided to hang the drywall himself and was quite inept in that field.....too many imperfections to correct without actually rehanging the walls and corners, as well as needing to retool the openings for the lights in the ceiling which were too rough. I would compare this to rebuilding a road without removing what is there already....quite unfortunate, but I do the best with what is available. No one can make a silk purse from a sow's ear."
