Thompson's Manor Clock took our antique clock for repair. They said it would be 6-10 weeks for repair. I received a call saying the clock was ready for pickup 7 weeks later. They cleaned the clock inside and out. Found multiple problems and fixed it. This clock had not been running for many, many years. Thompson's made the clock look like a well taken care of antique clock. I brought it home, did exactly what they said to do to start it. It has been in perfect time since. This is the third time I have used this company and I recommend them to all who read this review. My grandfather clock and this little mantle clock are working perfectly. I trust their work and their prices are reasonable.
They got the clock running in an hour or so and wrote out instructions and explained what we needed to do in the future to keep it running. They even drew a diagram of how we could adjust the time if it got off.
