+ -1 moreESTIMATE WAS FOR THE REFINISH TO BE COMPLETED IN 6 MONTHS. IT TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 4 MONTHS TO FINISH. THE OWNER WAS VERY DIFFICULT AND RUDE WHEN WE TRIED PICKING UP THE CHAIR.
