Tara did an outstanding job in both getting our home sold and finding us an incredible new home. We were extremely impressed with the super job she did in marketing our home and getting it sold for more than we expected and in less than 2 weeks on the market. Her well rounded marketing strategies are "top notch" and really tap into using the internet to market as well as more traditional marketing strategies. We were also impressed with her assistance with recommendations in getting our home ready to be listed as well as staging our home - even bringing in artwork and decor items. We feel like this really made a huge difference in our home selling for top dollar and quickly. We interviewed other agents before we hired Tara and feel like she provided so much more in services than the others for the same price. We were equally happy with Tara in finding a new home. She was very patient and helpful with our specific requirements we were looking for. She had excellent knowledge of the area and neighborhoods which helped us tremendously in narrowing down our search.
