His prices are reasonable. He is very prompt. He is very courteous and very efficient. I would recommend to others him and use him again in the future.

While I wasn't thrilled that it took two visits to fix the plumbing issue, I would never recommend Orpin because they ruined my kitchen floor. While working on the pipes during the first visit, Steve spilled a sealant. The spill left a 9 sq. ft. size bright purple stain on the relatively new floor. Steve had promised the renters he would have a flooring specialist come back to fix the floor, but never did. I didn't find out about the stain until I paid Steve for the plumbing repairs. His office assistant, Mimi, was initially very apologetic and promised me they would have a friend who does flooring come back and fix the floor, but no one ever showed up. After that, they would not return my calls. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but Steve did not respond to their attempts to resolve the issue. I am now working with an attorney to sue them. The floor had been installed only a year earlier and cost $1600.00. It can not be salvaged.
