SPRINT PHONE CARD DIVISION

Description of Work: Sprint is my cellphone service provider.

Description of Work: I bought my grandma a phone card from Sprint. Many times we tried to use it from her home phone and the recording from Sprint kept saying "invalid, please call back" and then disconnect!! I called Sprint and talked to service rep Jessica, worker number 210 (per her report to me). She told me that the card is valid and there is no problem. I kept telling her about the recording. She was very rude and kept telling me there is no problem like she was a robot with a short circuit. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said there is no supervisor. I asked to speak to another rep and she said she could not do that. When I call the corp office, it keeps you on hold for so long that I gave up (stayed on for a long time). I think this may be Sprint's strategy for dumping complaints and problems. So, we paid for a card that my grandma cannot use and no one to help us at Sprint. It is so demoralizing to be treated like this -- there should always be a supervisor to talk to....
