Richelle was very helpful in educating me about the different weights of canvas fabric. Also she took time to discuss a potential project (reupholster versus custom order a couch) and to educate me on the various fabric choices. I appreciated both of those efforts. However, there was miscommunication on the time it would take for my original project, the 4 director's chairs (on both our sides, in my opinion). Also, she said I'd need 4 yards of fabric and when I went to pick up my completed seats today, there was 2 yards of fabric leftover. At $35.00 per yard, this was a costly mistake. Overall, the people are nice and if you have an heirloom piece, I'd probably request a quote from them. However, for my project, I ended up spending almost $100.00 per seat - I could have purchased new chairs for that price. I want to support local businesses, but sometimes it doesn't make sense to do so.
