Shelly Williams

Description of Work: We used their services to sell one house and buy another. Their stager damaged my 75 year old baby grand piano and didn't tell me she broke the leg and dropped the piano into the window ledge. She propped it up and let me find the scar down the front and the lid chipped and when confronted she confessed. When Shelly called to apologize she said, "well, it's a good thing you found it or you would have though the movers did it!". The didn't show up at one of our closings so we had to leave and reschedule. We bid on a house and agreed on a price and assumed that they would write up a contingency and Shelly never sent us the paperwork and would not return our phone calls or emails regarding the house. Finally she called after two weeks without sending us the paperwork on the house and said she hadn't sent it to us because she just wanted to see if our house would sell soon. Basically refusing to write it up so the other family wouldn't be tied to us in any way in case our house didn't sell since theirs was a more expensive house and they were wanting to purchase an even more expensive house if they sold theirs. Then our buyers agent decided she wanted to buy a house in Nottingham so she wanted us to buy her house! I'm fairly sure that is unethical...Fortunately we sold our house (much under the asking price) and found our new house on our own (and no, it wasn't the realtors house) for more than we should have paid.
