We purchased a protection agreement on a GE stove in Sept
2012 for a house in Raymore MO.  We moved
from this house in Dec 2014.  We recently
received a notification to renew the protection agreement and I called to
cancel it.  I asked to cancel it back to
Dec 2014 - when we moved and offered to show proof of moving. 
 
The Sears rep (888-528-6326 - Lisa ID#590752) said they can
only cancel effective the day you called. 
I explained we moved the week before Christmas and cancelling this was
not on our mind, we are asking for an exception.  Lisa said no, this couldn't be done.  I explained that we have bought several
appliances from Sears including a dishwasher just a few months ago at the new
house.  Lisa still said no.

The repairmen were fine and they were good about getting out here and doing stuff, but the appliance itself was not good. We bought it in 2012 and we already had to have it repaired twice. There was a clamp on the water pump that was defective and the panel on the front was defective and we had to have that replaced.

I was not satisfied at all. They did not come prepared to install the oven. They also wanted assistance bringing the oven in and that's what I was paying them for. I didn't think they presented themselves as professional installers.
