Rory's Repairs

We had Rory come out and inspect our low water pressure. Rory and his assistant was courteous, timely and worked through all possibilities of our problem. A water pressure valve was the culprit and they replaced in a very timely manner. They were very concerned about our problem and wanted to work from the least expensive to the most. Luckily we didn’t have to go past the bad valve. He pointed out some mineral buildup and gave us some self help possibilities for that problem. As for pricing? He was right where I thought it would be for the work done. I will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs.

Initially, repair went well. Service provider was on time, respectful, and replaced the needed parts quickly. Later I realized that the shower valve that was replaced was installed incorrectly. When I turn the valve to the left, I should get hot water, and to the right should be cold water. Since the valve was installed incorrectly, the results were the opposite. A few days later, I found the need for another repair, so I called this provider again. I explained the new repair I needed and advised him of the malfunctioning valve he had incorrectly installed. He informed me that he was much too busy to do the new repair OR return to correct the problem with repair he had already been paid to do. I found someone else to do the new repair, and will NEVER call this provider again.

He's absolutely outstanding, I highly recommend him. He has a very pleasant manner, he's polite, respectful, he works fast, and he's efficient.

It went great, workers were prompt and precise. I would highly recommend, and will definitely hire again for future plumbing and handy jobs.
