In 2016 we worked with Ron to sell two diverse properties – a 70s era townhouse in Overland Park and a 100+ yr old house on 3 acres in KCK – as well as purchase a new home. Ron had the expertise and experience to market both homes to a wide audience; highlighting the best points for each property. For the historic home and acreage he recommended updates and even supplied contacts for some repairs/remodels that we needed to complete to get the home market ready. And the pictures! We didn’t know our homes looked so nice! Both homes sold fast and within the price range Ron suggested. His advice was also invaluable in the negotiation process as we purchased our new home. Ron is down-to-earth and easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed navigating the home selling & buying process with him by our side.

We were first-time home buyers with no experience whatsoever... Ron was fantastic! Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, he was extremely flexible and patient. My husband and I often work opposite schedules, and Ron was always willing to work with us to schedule showings around our crazy schedule. We had so many questions, and we changed our mind about 100 times. Ron either knew the answers or quickly contacted someone who did. He advocated for us during negotiations. Ron Radtke is an amazing realtor.  Fairy Godmother is a more apt description of him.  I was a renter and had always dreamed of owning, but didn?t think I could ever find the right financing option.  Ron found one that was perfect for my situation and that is saving me a ton of money.   
He was an incredible resource during the daunting task of finding the right house, in the right neighborhood, with the features that were important to me.  He took a lot of time in answering my questions and looking at options and I never felt rushed or pushed into anything.  He was always looking out for my best interest and let me know the pros and cons of each option or decision.  
After finding ?the one?, Ron guided me through the process of making an offer and all that followed.  He was incredibly quick with paperwork and did a great job of keeping on top of everything.  Ron was always available and was very open in his communication.  I never wondered where things were at in the process.  He helped calm fears that kept creeping up and did a great job of keeping my stress level at a minimum.  
I would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
