I'm very happy with his service.

Rick has been my tuner for a year now. He tuned my piano for its second yearly tuning yesterday. He is extremely reliable, efficient, and very knowledgeable about pianos. I absolutely trust him.

Excellent. Rick knows his stuff. He brought the piano into the correct pitch, which the previous tuner must have avoided, even though it was tuned. Very personable, and even looked up the manufacture date. I didn't tell my wife (the pianist) who, upon playing it afterward, stopped immediately and asked "Did you have my piano tuned, sweetheart?" Rick's a friend for life.

I called and left a message that Rick returned in a day or so. I discussed wanting to get my piano tuned and that it most likely needed some minor repairs. He said he would come a take a look at it and gave me a range of $100-150 for the service. He arrived on time and provided some education on my piano as well. He also discovered a problem with a cracked bridge and gave me some options for fixing it down the road if I choose to do so. Overall it went very well and I would use Rick's service again.

This was my first experience with Rick. He was on time, really seemed to know his business, was friendly but not overy friendly and most important did a great job on the piano.

It went great. No complaints. I would use him again.

Rick was an excellent person to work with. He was honest and hard-working. I really appreciated his input on our piano, especially as related to how much time and energy he thought should go into it.

I had someone previously try to tune it, but the tuner gave up. Rick was able to tune the piano in less than 2 hours! Rick was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable about piano tuning. I'm on his list to have him come back in 6 - 12 months to perform a check-up.

Rick does an excellent. My son studies at the UMKC Conservatory of Music and he gives the piano a vigorous daily workout. Rick has maintained the instrument beautifully for several years.

Rick returned my call the next business day and scheduled an appointment. While on the phone, I played the piano for him to evaluate. He thought there might be a chance that the piano would not hold a tuning. He suggested that he come and evaluate the instrument for $45.00. He was prompt to the appointment. He checked the piano's ability to hold a tune and was pleased to find out the instrument could be tuned successfully. He then spent around 2 hours tuning the piano. He just charged for the actual tuning service.

I called Rick and we set up a day and time for him to arrive to tune my piano. I had informed him of a little damage and the work I had done to care for it and he felt my steps were adequate for the issue. Rick arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. We talked for a moment to establish what services were going to be needed. He tuned the piano and it now sounds very good. I am recommending him to a friend.

Rick was very prompt in returning my call and was able to get me in the next business day. He did a very good job tuning my piano and made note of some things I may want to have done to improve the action and sound of my piano (but did not pressure me into getting them done). Nice guy. I will definitely be calling him again.
