Rick showed up right on time and although I thought he was just going to give me an estimate and we'd have to then schedule a second appointment, after looking the piano over he ended up tuning it and taking care of the minor repairs same day. It now sounds as good as ever. He was friendly and a real pleasure to work with and much cheaper than I was expecting.

Rick arrived as scheduled and did a very good job. He was thorough and personable.

He was very very good.  He was excellent, thorough, professional and reasonable. My piano had not been tuned for over 20 hours, and so he had been here for over 2 hours, and so I thought the price was very reasonable. He was knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

It took him probably about an hour to do the work. He had a lot of good reviews and knew the person who previously did our work who retired. Rick did a good job. I would tell someone to expect good work.

Rick was great. I highly recommend him, even on the phone when I could not remember the exact name of my piano when I gave the first two letters HE KNEW it!!! Bless him, he got the flu and had to reschedule our appointment and was so super nice on the phone even though you could tell he was not well. We rescheduled and he was right on time and made a piano that had recently been moved sound fantastic again! I had no problem welcoming him into my home and will certainly use him again and on a regular basis for tune ups!

The piano had not been tuned for over 7 years and during that time had been moved from Denver to Overland Park. Rick spent a lot of time and care on the tuning. Now the piano sounds great.

He was very pleasant and punctual. I felt safe having him in our house. He evaluated our piano and pointed out some interesting facts about it. He told me the approximate age, limitations, and pointed out some unique qualities it has. He gave me some great advice about future piano purchases. He was very honest about what he can do given the age/condition of the piano. He charged me very fairly according to what services he felt were appropriate given the age/condition of the piano. The result is fantastic. My son loves it and it sounds wonderful.
