_ condition of landscaping after
We should have discussed how the area would be "put back together". They are NOT landscapers, but ARE responsible, fair sewer contractors. I would use them again.
Mark arranged to have the utilities marked early in the morning then showed up promptly and he and his associate did the entire job in one day..!
We had a large amount of chambered lateral tanks dug and installed, Mark even graciously took the extra dirt and relocated to an area of my back yard that had been eroding... Two Thumbs seriously up.
They regraded the yard after the installation and offered to come back and regrade after the yard has settled...Totally professional.
"We indeed showed up later than expected due to another repair that was an emergency. The member was not an emergency and should have easily been completed that day, however, as he pointed out, there were some unforseen circumstances not normally anticipated. We worked late to try to finish, but there was no reasonable way to get the special parts at that time of night. Since no one needed to be in the house that night, we came back and finished first thing in the morning. We had every right to charge more for the special conditions, but only charged for the extra parts and no additional labor, although due to those unusual and unforseeable circumstances the job took at least twice as long as normal. Unfortunately, not all jobs go perfectly, and this just took longer than anticipated!"
