She is very thorough, and listens well.  She knows the market extremely well, and Prudential has a great website.  We would use her again.

We were on a short timeline in KS so arranged to meet at my hotel.  She arrived promptly, had printed out house sheets, arranged the day so that we were able to see the most houses in close proximity.  She had really done her homework and could describe the neighborhoods, amenities and often pointed out what was something I'd previously identified as desired or things that could be different than I'd expressed a desire for.  That was really helpful since it was so overwhelming and things started to all look the same.  She suggested ways for me to keep houses straight and to organize things so I could review them later.  When I decided on a house she walked me through the entire process or an offer, acceptance and during the time prior to closing.  She is very knowledgeable of the Johnson County area and really listens.  She would asks questions when I said something to see if she is understanding what I am saying to help her further refine what I was looking for.  She made the relocation process as easy as it could be.  She would go out and take pictures of the home to help me in planning what to move and helped me with getting services here in the area.  I would highly recommend her.
