Sam was exceptionally helpful and provided many different diamonds to view, he help teach me the difference in the ratings and the effects on the visible quality of the ring. In the end, I made a much more informed decision and my fiancé was very happy with my purchase.

It went great, as it always does. Sam and John are always pleasant and welcoming. Have been dealing with Sam Mitchell for years, he repairs and resets all of our jewelry. He is reasonable, quick, helpful and if cannot fix something he knows who can.
