We needed to replace a charging port that was damaged. Since the phone was out of warranty, a friend recommended that we take our phone to this location for repair. The tech looked at our phone and indicated that the phone could be repaired but a part would have to be ordered and would take about a week. Since the phone was usable, the tech offered to let us use a universal charger until the part was received. It took longer to receive the part but once the replacement port was received, the phone was repaired. The store manager, David, called and offered a loner phone for the weekend if our phone could not be repaired by Sat. evening. The Store Manager "found" a coupon and reduced our repair bill for the delay. That is excellent customer service and we will use & recommend this firm in the future.
