Dennis was terrific. We originally started by looking at foreclosures that needed to be remodeled -my husband's preference. Dennis was very accommodating with his time by showing properties late in the evening, on the weekends, and once at the last minute when we had a sudden change of heart.

We submitted our offer on a property and found ourselves in a competitive bid situation. Dennis coached us through the process and helped us decide on our final offer. While waiting to hear back on the first offer, we found a move-in-ready property (my preference) that we loved was still available. Dennis helped us withdraw our offer, submit an offer on the new property, and move forward. Dennis answered all of our questions and was very patient with "newbies". I would definitely use Dennis again...well, in 3-5 years when we move out of our new house.

It is a smaller company that deals with foreclosure properties.  I continue to get emails from him on a regular basis about additional properties.  He is very helpful, he is very flexible on working with you, and he is just a great guy.  He isn’t a high pressure salesman which is a good thing.  He is willing to work with you, he’ll help you find what you are looking for, and he will give you his real opinion instead of just trying to make a sale.

She is very personable, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you. She looks out for your interests and is a great person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a great/hard working realtor.
