Description of Work: Our flat screen tv 60" would not bring up a picture. Called another provider first who kept promising to show up and missed 2 appt. We called Overland and they made an appointment, came out on time and found a lose wire in my system. they even programed my remote while they were at the house and showed me where to check if the same problem shows up again. very polite and professional. Will use anytime i need home service on electronics.

Description of Work: I took in a non-working TV. The owner unsuccessfully attempted to find parts (the entire model series has been eliminated by the manufactuer). Then he unsuccesfully tried an in-house fix. He was candid, charged only the initial take-in fee and disposed of the set for me. I will definitely call on Overland TV again if I have trouble.

Description of Work: They replaced the lamp in my Samsung DLP TV. They even showed me how to do it myself, so that next time the lamp burns out it will cost me less to replace it.

Description of Work: Came to my house to assess what was wrong with TV; determined that it was the TV itself not the cable service. Removed the TV which had been installed on a brick wall; took it to the shop; returned it within a few days and re-installed it. In fact, he took extra time and care to reinstall as the original mounting was weird. These guys are GREAT. Technically skilled, punctual, friendly, fair-minded - and 'went the extra mile". As it turns out, my remote needed reprogramming and he was kind enough to do that as well - for no charge! I can't say enough good things about Overland TV.
