great! glad to have it fixed quickly

this place was awesome. the guy I worked with was very polite, I called him on the phone and explain what was happening to my TV, he knew exactly what it was. he told me up front the range of the price to get it fix which includes a $30 deposit you put down when you bring it in but it is put toward the total price of the repair. best thing about it he told me it will take about 2 days to get it fixed. well he called me the next day. he even did extra work for me to improve the picture with no extra charge. I will use them next time and refer people to them.

Tv now working great

The TV quit working within 30 days. I called and have been calling for several months now. Each time they tell me they'll get back with me but they never do. I was told that they don't pick up trash- the trash they are talking about is the TV they sold me. Bottom line I am out over $300 and have no working TV.

Fantastic Service! Crazy fast response and completion. My tv was ready to go just a day after they received it. Couldn't believe how quick they were and how much money they saved me by repairing instead of replacing.

They are very reasonable and professional. I took my television in to the store and the analyzed it. It turned out the television wasn't the problem, it was only a remote control issue.

Better than one could ask for. If you are reading this review you can stop searching and just call Overland TV to get your TV repaired. There's no reason to call or go anywhere else! I called Sat. morning, dropped off at 12:30. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 days. I got a call Monday afternoon and approved the repair costs and the guy said it will be ready by noon Tuesday. Are you kidding me? 1 day repair turnaround! I picked it up Tuesday at 5:45. TV works and wife is happily watching zombies by 7pm. Seriously, you couldn't shop for a new one and get it set up as fast as these guys repaired my 5 year old plasma!

The problem was diagnosed immediately and the tv taken into the shop. Once the original problem was taken care of, another was detected and repaired. The time frame for repair was a week longer than expected, but the tv has worked fine since getting it back. The cost originally quoted was the total paid upon completion, regardless of the additional work performed/parts needed. The initial housecall/ diagnostic testing was included in the quoted cost.

When I first called about my television problems the repairman gave me some suggestions to try to see if I could fix it myself.  I couldn't.  The repairman came to my home and worked on my television for about an hour.  When he left it was working properly.  He said that there was a 30 day repair warranty and to call I there were any problems with the television.  About 28 days later it began turning itself off again.  I called and he came out the next day and worked on it for about an hour again.  He fixed it and I have had no further problems.  Great response, great service!

He handled this behemoth TV so we didn't have to rent a van to take to Geek Squad. He fixed it right in our living room. It would not turn on and the sound went out. They turned out to be two separate issues. He replace faulty capsaters. and diagnosed the feasibility of putting in a new mother board ( where sound issue came from). He had a couple of fixes for us that would have been about twice as expensive but was able to reroute our TV sound through our surround sound system . He then programmed our remotes to control the TV on and off, sound etc. He was here about two hours. Steve was very professional the entire time he was here. Steve fixed our TV for MUCH cheaper than taking it in to a shop and we had the convenience of having him fix the TV here at our house. He explained everything he was doing and before he did anything that would cost money to fix, he explained it first and advised us what to do. He was able to save us some big bucks right at Christmas time so we appreciated that for sure. A separate issue was my Roku devise that would not have sound. He looked at Amazon.com for me and identified a cable and devise that would convert the Roku for me in to the main Receiver so I could watch my Netflix movies. All in all I highly recommend Overland TV. The TV is back on the stand and working just fine. He fixed it before we missed our Chiefs game so hubby was happy too.
