Brought my push mower in for a compression check and tune-up. Now it runs like new again.

Later I found that one of the batteries would not recharge. I spoke to the manager and since he did not stock batteries for the unit he gave me a new replacement drill complete with two battery packs.. no charge..
I also purchased a lawn mower there last summer and have had no problems with it.
My only quibble is the usual... so much of what they sell is made in China. The lawn mower was a happy exception.

My husband called on a Monday night when the starting rope on our mower broke. They told us to bring it in that night. It was repaired by the next day and we picked it up.

Power cable broke on push mower. Quotes from several mower shops included $70/hr labor + parts and could take up to 3 weeks to complete repair. Taking a chance, called local Nuts N Bolts. Yes they work on lawn mowers. Part(s) were ordered 1st business day of the week. Mower was ready for pickup on Wed. Parts were same price as lawn mower shops. Labor was about 1/2 as much.
Oh, and when I went to use the mower after it was returned, discovered they had filled the gas tank !Reasonable rates, fast response, accurate quote prior to starting job, and a local business.
