Estimator was very professional and we were inpressed with his "knowledge". He was very personable and we thought the job would be done very well.  Bid was reasonable, just a bit above the low bid but OK. We accepted the bid and had to pay a $100  deposit. We had a time for them to start, so I called the Friday before the Monday starting date and He said that they couldn't start and gave a date 3 weeks away. They did come on that date and job started good. Workers were good and got a lot done.
After the shingle removal, they installed the moisture barrier - we had explicitly asked for Tyvek brand but a generic brand was installed. He assured me that it was just as good. We really wanted Tyvek but let it go. They then started installing the new cedar shakes with the nails in the middle of the shakes- all visable nails- I questioned as I had never seen this kind of installation before( I even looked up installation on the cedar shingle association website) and he said that this was the way they installed cedar shakes and it was the best way. At this point, we had to pay $2,405. They then scraped and caulked and put the brickmolds and window nose on and started to prime the shakes. We had to ask for oil primer as he was going to use latex. This period of time had a lot of rain so a lot of going back and forth, work rained out, etc. He was very good about this and stuck with the job. Top coat was put on and the shingles "bled" through so more paint was required. We don't blame him for this, although we were surprised that he did not know new cedar shingles had this problem.
All in all, the job got done. The work looks good except for the visable nails in the middle of the shakes!

the end product of my ceiling looks good but the there were several things ruined in the process.  I had moved all knick knacks and non large furniture into 2 bedrooms and asked that when they were ready to do those rooms let me know and i would move it out of the way to a room that was finished.  instead of calling the workers shoved paintings in to already full closets, threw items in to bathtubs that were left soaked in water for a couple days and knicked and broke several items that could not be replaced.  the lack of concern for my property when i was more than willing to move it myself left me more than a little angry.
When touching up my living and dining area the paint used did not match what was already there.  When i called to make him aware he told me that he would give me an estimate to repaint all the crown molding so it would match.

We had one electrical outlet in our basement and it was not working.  We called Andrew and he came out and replaced that outlet, added 6 more outlets and found an outside outlet not working.  He and his men were very courteous and professional.  They arrived as scheduled and got right to work. We have them scheduled to replace 2 damaged windows and will schedule to due some other repairs this spring.

They did a very good job. I got their names from a home magazine search. Based on the work they did, I would refer them to friends or family members. The pricing was fair. I had lot more damaged wood what they hadn’t anticipated. They replaced the damaged wood.

Andrew came out for the estimate and we discussed the areas that needed dry rot replaced.  He adressed my biggest concern about sagging siding with the solution that made the most sense.  I had 4 other estimates, and each of the other companies had a different solution, all which concerned me that I would have bigger issues later.  Andrew also matched the materials that were already used on the original build.  Everyone else suggested trim that would have been easy to see that they don't match the rest of the house.  Andrew explained their process and set expectatoins, answered all my questions.  We set a date to start, which was delayed just one day.  I did get a call in advance about the change.  No big deal.  Everything looks great.  Top notch work, and professional team.  No limit was not the cheapest bid, nor the highest bidder, but we are so pleased with the work.  We got exactly what we expected, and a great value.  Definitely will use No Limit for future home projects.

Andrew provided a bid and we set a start date.  The start day came and it was raining (with more forecasted) so Andrew called in the AM and we rescheduled.  The crew showed up on the agreed upon day and began work.  I was impressed by their work ethic.  I was also impressed that Andrew showed up a number of times to see how the work was progressing and see if we were happy with the progress.

On the final day, we did a walk around with Andrew and he noticed that on part of the house the shade of paint was different from the surrounding area (I was not able to see it until he showed it to me).  He immediately contacted his paint supplier and they were able to correct the problem that day.

Overall, I was impressed with Andrew and how he handled our paint job.  The house looks outstanding with the new paint job.  I will use him again.

They showed up on time. They completed the work very quickly and also cleaned up once the job was done. Their pricing was reasonable as well. They were professional and responsive. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
