It went very well with the lender. The associates in both were very knowledgable and the organization made the process streamlined and efficient. We particularly like that they sent a notary who was very organized and profession to our home for the signing of the final documents.

Excellent, everything was done on time. We worked with Jeff and he told everything we had to send him. This was the second time we used National Bank of Kansas City. Jeff answered all our questions and took care of all the paper work.

I have worked with NBKC before and as expected, they did not disappoint to provide excellent service. I checked back in with my previous loan officer, Kirby Hinton, who had received a much deserved promotion, but still took the time to help me get set up and transition me to the loan officer I worked with, Tony McClain. Tony was excellent to work with, answered all my questions and somehow managed to get everything completed even though he was away for the holiday. Kirby and Tony worked hard to help me get the best rate and explain all my options. All of the fees were fair and we ended up closing early. Top notch service from NBKC as always!
