Ann Taylor is a very personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable real estate broker. She knew exactly how to price our house so it would sell quickly and for a fair price to the buyer and seller. She knew exactly what had to be done to get the house into a marketable condition for the current buyer's market. Also, she has lots of contacts to help one.
Working with Ann Taylor for real estate is like working with a friend. She uses absolutely no high pressure tactics. She just wants to get the job done with fairness to the buyers and sellers. She also works extremely well with people.

I liked that she was very personable. She was very attentive to my wants and not my wants while looking for a home. She is very knowledgeable and also has a lot of contacts. She is also very resourceful. She is more than just a realtor and she becomes a friend. We still keep in touch and I think that she is really good.
