Mark did a fantastic job. He came late in the evening and not only changed the springs but found several issues with current configuration that he fixed.

Mark was prompt and thorough. He installed our replacement garage door opener. It now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. In addition, he also adjusted our other garage door at no extra charge and it now runs smoothly and quietly, too. Above and beyond!

We are repeat customers, and were very satisfied once again. One of the cables rusted out, so the garage door was tilted in the tracks. Mark came out on a Saturday evening, replaces the cable, and also noticed that the brackets at the bottom of the door that hold the cables were also showing a lot of rust, and would likely fail at some point in the near future. He replaced those as well. As the other reviews say, Mark is knowledgable, honest, does good work. Would highly recommend.

Two years ago Mark replaced our garage door springs on a Sunday. Today, on Labor Day he came out and serviced our garage door after checking out a new noise issue. Look no further - Moore’s Doors in my experience is exceptional. Mark is extremely responsive, easily explains garage door workings and is affordable.

Mark Moore is a true pro with years of know how and the willingness to keep working on the problems with a door until he gets it fixed just right. Impressive. My door needed four hinges, the tracks realigned, the springs reset, the struts tightened up to keep them from making popping sounds, one corner lowered slightly, and the hinges and rollers oiled. Moore is the real deal.

We called Mark to describe the problem. He said he could be there at 10. He showed up on time, got the work done in about an hour, and was very professional and friendly, while doing quality work. We had used him previously to replace garage door openers, but were calling this time to replace a torsion spring that had broken. We highly recommend him.

My wife gave me a frantic call about the gargage door not closing properly. You know the call drop everything and get it fixed. Got home at 6:30 pm and found one of the cables had snapped. Oh crap! cars would have to stay outside overnight. I went inside and searched for a door company and came up with Moore's Door company. Saw they were closeby to my home. I called the number expecting voice mail and the phone was answered by the Owner Mark. I figured he would tell me call him in the morning. He did not. He infact said he was still working and could be at my home within an hours. We discused the price and what was needed. 
Less than an hour later he arrived and got to work.  Said he would use a heavier cable and went to work.  about an hour later he was all done.   Mark checked the door over and greased the rollers.   The door was again working and crises over.  Cars in the garage and the wife happy.   
Mark was a very nice guy . Hard worker and an honest man.
I would use him again. 

The door has been functioning well with no problems at all. If I have garage door problems again, I will have him come out. It was a good experience -he was very friendly, professional. Overall I thought he did a very good job. He able to fit me in to his busy schedule and I really appreciate that he was able to to come out the same day and help me fix the problem.

Called Mark in the morning and he came right after lunch.  Explained to him that I had not had routine maintenance done since Nov 2012 and needed it done.  He checked the doors, made adjustments as needed and lubricated.  Very satisfied with his service.  Was much more thorough than my previous service.  No work was necessary other than the routine maintenance and he just charged me for a service call.

Mark was great.  He came to the house a few hours after I called him for the estimate, and he called me 20 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on his way.  One of my springs broke, but I had him replace both springs on the door.  I also told him about one of my cables being frayed, and he replaced both cables for free.  He noticed a couple of missing screws on my door and added them as well as lubing the rollers and hinges on the door, making the door quieter than it's been since I bought the house.  While many wouldn't like you looking over their shoulder while they work, Mark was more than happy to satisfy my curiosity by guiding me through the work he did, teaching me about his craft along the way.  I would definitely recommend him.

Mark is great!  He came out right away, quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it on the spot for 10% of the estimate of another well-known garage door company.  Needless to say, I was extremely happy.

When I called for an estimate, Mark came out the same day - just as many reviews said.  He took a quick look, gave me a quick rundown of what he would do, gave me some brochures to use to choose my color and panel style, and told me to call when I was ready to order.  I could tell he had done this countless times and knew what he was doing.  I could also tell he was an honest guy and wasn't out to get rich over my garage door.  His estimate was several hundred dollars less than one I'd obtained from a major garage door company.   A week or so later, I called and we set a time window, and as it got closer, we narrowed it down.  He showed up as scheduled and took several hours to perform the work.  He loaded my old garage doors onto his truck, showed us the details of the new one, and operated it to our satisfaction.   It was stronger and quieter than the one we'd had before.  He answered questions about how we should go about painting them.  He even took some old plywood away for us (we tipped him!) that was taking up space in our garage.  I would recommend him because he's an honest business man that does good work at a fair price.

His name is Mark Moore.  He is excellent.  My neighbor recommended him for me and he is just wonderful.  He is reasonable price wise.  He is responsive.  I called 7 O’clock in the night mainly hoping he will be able to come the next day and he said he is finishing the job and if it is okay he came in 45 minutes and he came and he was here till 9 at night and he didn’t charge me extra.  He is very punctual and he told me one day that he was on the job in Bonner Springs and will try to be down there in one hour and then he called me and said it was little longer than I thought so it’s going to be another thirty minutes more and he kept me calling along the way which I appreciated.  He is very punctual and very thorough and does a great job.  I think he is reasonably priced.

Mark was recommended to us by a friend.  The right cable on the door needed to be replaced after it frayed and busted.  We had him replace both cables.  He was very professional, fast, and did a great job.  His prices are very reasonable and I will use him in the future if I ever need to have something done with the garage door.

I used Mark back in 2010 when both of the garage door openers were zapped by lightning. Was very impressed by the job he did. When he was here he told me the spring would be breaking in the next few years.
Well today I came home the door would only open up a foot or so. Sure enough the spring was broke. I called Mark around 6pm and was very surprised to hear him say he could fix it now if I wanted. Once again Mark did a fantastic job. The door is operating much smoother and not as noisy as it was with the old spring.

I had actually had Mr. Moore replace the torsion springs on my garage doors a year earlier.  That call was made to him simply at random; I didn't have a "garage door guy" and I needed the work down right away and he could come out at a time that fit into my schedule.  That job went so well that when I had to bite the bullet and replace the (20 year old) garage door openers I had been nursing along, there was no second thought as to who I would call.  Mr. Moore is the consummate professional, showing up on time, listening to what you need, and going about his business in a direct but considered manner (and he cleans up after himself too).  He doesn't try to sell you other services  - even though, because I was so pleased with his work, I asked if he would tackle some other jobs around the house I needed done.  He told me that his specialty is garage doors and he wouldn't feel right being paid to do work that he wasn't an expert in.  Integrity is something you don't always find now days.  
For what he does and the way he does, I would gladly pay more than he asks (I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for"), but even with his outstanding service, his fees are very much in line with his competitors.  I would highly recommend Moore's Doors for any garage door work you need done.
