Kevin Mock is a thoroughly professional contractor who not only gave us the best price for custom windows, but his crew leader Dan is a great problem solver and craftsman.
We had an upstairs deck removed and wanted to replace the walk out sliding doors with a picture window, small slider combination.  Kevin immediately understood what we wanted to do and why (amazing view).  He steered us to the right price and the right combination of sizes.
Installation went smoothly and Dan solved some vexing problems which the original construction presented.  This team not only understands what is required, but what is wanted and respects the financial limits.  I had to cancel some siding repair when other expenses came up, and Kevin graciously agreed but pointed out that it would affect the pricing of one element which we needed to perform when the windows were installed.  The job was finished for exactly what he said, and the results were much better than expected.
We have a lot of windows to replace, and Kevin in our guy to do all the window and door work.
As a bonus, Kevin, Dan and the crew were a joy to work with.

I had an issue about a year later, I called him and sent pictures of the problem. He came out free of charge and fixed it .

He is prompt and provided clear communication throughout the process. He explained out options.  The work preformed was of a high quality and the work area kept clean.

Was the first to respond with a bid. Answered all questions promptly by email. Met the time constraints that we had. Showed up on time and did the job with no mess and little noise. Very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
