+ -1 moreBeware of fraudulent activities by this designer/contractor. Kathy Weiss of Midwest Design & Remodel took our deposit and then refused to return any calls, emails or texts. For our deposit, we received one – 1hour meeting with Kathy and her assigned architect, of which the architect did not receive compensation from Kathy for. Kathy retained the full deposit and later falsified information claiming she conducted services that were never delivered.
