I know there are many Michael's around the area, but I can only speak for this one location. I had a piece of unframed artwork that I had wanted to get framed for ages, but ever since my favorite frame shop went out of business, I had been looking for a good place for artwork framing. I've tried many different places around town for many years and had really never been satisfied. I have a pretty good eye for color but the help and eye of a professional makes all the difference. I can honestly say this was the best job I've seen done since my favorite place went out of business. Trisha, the woman who helped me was very good. The piece of artwork is very complex with many colors and it was a challenge to figure out exactly what would look best, single matting, double, type of frame, colors of matting, etc. They also have different types of glass and I did get top of the line, but if I had a less sentimental piece to frame the less expensive glass types they had would have been fine. They also just happened to be having a good sale at the time which is always a plus! I know where I'm getting my next piece of artwork framed. I just found my new favorite.

No problems. One frame had a discoloration on it and she re-did the work.

The staff member working with me was incredibly helpful. He offered tips for matting and described how they would mount the map without damaging it.
