"your tile was not layed uneven and you dont caulk against your walls . you hired james allen for the job and he provided the tile and grout i made several attempts to remove haze from your suede finish tile by scrubbing entire floor with an acid wash as recomended by tile supplier .As for price thats between you and Mr Allen not my company so go bad mouth him not my company.Sorry you feel like you were done wrong but we tried to resolve this to no avail therefore the issue is between you and Mr Allen."
