I had my original mortgage with Rick and was impressed by his knowledge and efficiency in executing the paperwork. My time (and being organized) is very important to me, so I do not have the patience to work with a company that does not meet my expectations. A year later after the original mortgage, I decided to re-finance for a lower APR and did not hesitate to return to Rick. He was diligent and completed my re-finance in less time than expected. Above all, Rick is an honest and good man. He someone who you feel comfortable doing business with, which I have found can be rare these days.
