 + -1 moreWe talked at length about having a non-detectable camera, but the contract did not state that they would install non-detectable cameras. He installed 4 cameras that were completely visible from the street and they did not work when he was done. He has refused to make good. The only offer that he made was that for more money, he could change the color of the cameras. He did not do what needed to be done to help me in my particular situation. I believe he knew that he was not going to be able to help me with non-detectable cameras. Several times during the installation, I approached him and told him that the cameras were not going to work for what I needed and he reacted in a physically intimidating way. He has now made it impossible for me to hold the person that has been stalking me accountable in court.
Description of Work: They were supposed to help install an undetectable camera system to offer protection against a stalker who had been very invasive.
