+ -1 moreJIM, THE SALESMAN, WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE. HE KNEW HIS MERCHANDISE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE FREEZER WAS FAIRLY PRICED. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE PROMPT AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: PURCHASED NEW FREEZER. I WAS LEAVING TOWN THE SAME DAY. WE REALIZED THE OLD ONE HAD QUIT WORKING. MOST OF THE TRANSACTIONS WERE DONE OVER THE PHONE, INCLUDING THE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS.
